Librarian’s Message

“Through Library services, there is a determination of the Librarian, like a mirror. It never loses its ability to reflect their efficiency even they are broken into thousand of pieces in personal life”.

LIBRARY SAVES HUMANITY. PROTECTS FREE ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE. RESPECTS ALL FORMS BY WHICH KNOWLEDGE IS COMMUNICATED. USE TECHNOLOGY INTELLEGENTLY TO ENHANCE SERVICES.

HONOUR THE PAST & CREATE THE FUTURE.

” Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back,
……………………………….
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages & ages hence;
Two roads diverges in a wood, & I–
I took the one less travelled by,
And that has made all the differences”– Robert Frost—”The Road not taken” in the year of 1915.
This poetry of Robert Frost as the interpretation of individualism. There is a conflict between individualism & professionalism.
We can say that the Road is the vital point for any clear cut Decision. There is a tussle between personal aspiration & social obligation.
We the Librarian have a social obligation of the management of knowledge & its dissemination to all the clients as per their demands.
So we shall have to identify the Path to disseminate knowledge to all. We the Librarian are doing this job all over this globe to disseminate the knowledge utilising the Information & Communication Technology. Technology is not a mere as far as libraries are concerned. Technology have pervaded the heart as the soul of libraries, it has created new library experiences.
